Production takes place using an innovative cold-lamination process, using premium fiberglass and a double layer of twill fabric. A special synthetic resin, developed according to our specifications, is used to ensure the perfect balance between lightness, strength, and durability.

To further increase the component's strength, carbon fiber reinforcements are inserted in the most stressed areas, such as:

screw housings;
mounting points;
hooks;
areas subject to the greatest mechanical stress.

The surface finish is achieved with a special white gelcoat, formulated exclusively for Flamingo Corse Bike, which ensures a perfectly uniform surface, ready for a high-quality paint job.

Windshield Features

The windshield is already prepared for mounting the original headlight, thanks to the dedicated threaded mounts and included hardware.

Assembly Note

The fairing is supplied fully drilled, except for the female alignment holes.

This is intentional: the final hole is drilled based on the type of fastening you intend to use (screw, quick-release, or other system), thus allowing for a more precise and customized installation.
